The views from the balconies are fine, particularly the ones overlooking the mountains. It's an excellent spot to unwind after a tough day. The unique aspect of the resort is that it encourages adventure-seekers due to its elevation and the challenge of reaching it.
Finding the hotel is quite the trek. The stairs leading up are brutal, especially with heavy bags. There's minimal signage, and the reception area is far from the entrance, lacked clear direction, and was often deserted. Plus, requests for specific room types seem to be hit or miss-some guests ended up in less appealing basement rooms instead of their booked accommodations. The overall access and check-in process could use some serious improvement.

The breakfast was very good and also varied, the location of the hotel was top! The view was fantastic!!! The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The accommodation left a bit to be desired, the cleanliness, unfortunately also no "room-service". No real lock on the door, one could have broken in with ease!

fine mountain views and easy access to popular beaches
the amazing mountain view from my balcony was a highlight, and it was just a short walk to Ao Phra Nang Beach, making it easy to explore the beauty of Railay Beach at my own pace.

Good location. Correct breakfast
Take care : this hotel (that looks good in Booked.net) is used to fill another hotel "Diamond Cave Resort & Spa". When you come at "Diamond Private Resort", they 're used to say ther's a problem with Booked.net and there are not available rooms anymore. So, they give you a room in another hotel "Diamond Cave Resort & Spa". His hotel is old, real spa doesn't exist, some water falls of the ceiling, sheets are dirty, old and dirty general aspect, the room is very expensive for the service (for Thailand) No safebox. No wifi in rooms and, in the lobby, doesn't work very well.

It was just a well-suited match for a city holiday in Railay Beach with fantastic value for money. The outdoor area had a nice view that was perfect. Remember to bring bug spray to keep the insects away.

I liked the location!
The service was really bad, the rooms were not clean, we got money stolen from the room and it was only staff that had the key and afterwards they didn't care, the internet didn't work and it general would I never reccommend this hotel to anyone... Difinetely not worth the money!!!

Fine views come with a climb
The amazing mountain view from my balcony was a highlight . The bungalows feel private and cozy.
The numerous stairs to access the hotel can be quite exhausting, especially under the midday sun. The lack of on-site staff made it challenging to get assistance when needed.

The breakfast was ok
The resort was a very steep climb up a lot of steps which wasn't listed in the description. We had a friend with us who had injured her leg and we all found this a struggle to climb. There was no luggage lift working, by the looks of it for a long time. The rooms were really bad. Dirty, stained sheets, marks all over the Walls. Our bathroom was flooded with stagnant water and the tv didn't work. We asked to move room but that one was just as bad. It looked as if they hadnt been checked in months. I complained and got moved to the sister hotel, The Diamond Cave Resort which was 5 mins away. From the outside it looked lovely but the staff were rude and unhelpful, put us in bungalows at the back that were poorly maintained and in worse condition than the rooms we left at the other resort! Bare wires hanging from the cealing, scorch marks on the Walls from blown light bulbs, the toilet leaked at the bottom and the water had collected in a bin they had left under it. That was full, yet another indication of poor maintenance and that the room hadn't been checked in a long time. I was very disappointed. We are all backpackers and really stretched our budget to stay there and it was just terrible!

It was a nice view on Railey East and had a pool as one of their facilities. Breakfast was okay.
The AC didn't work properly, we had a big cockroach in our bath tub, which they nicely removed immediately after we asked them too. Our shower broke, we only had the tube and they didn't fix it, even though we asked them to.

The location is nice and beautiful, just a pleasant stroll away from Cave. It's in the basic area close enough to the pier as well as many bars and restaurants which is another bonus.
