The views from the balconies are stunning, particularly the ones overlooking the mountains. it’s an excellent spot to unwind after a tough day. The unique aspect of the resort is that it encourages adventure-seekers due to its elevation and the challenge of reaching it.
Finding the hotel is quite the trek. the stairs leading up are brutal, especially with heavy bags. There's minimal signage, making it easy to get lost, and the reception area is far from the entrance, lacked clear direction, and was often deserted. Plus, requests for specific room types seem to be hit or miss—some guests ended up in less appealing basement rooms instead of their booked accommodations. The overall access and check-in process could use some serious improvement.

Stunning views come with a climb
The breathtaking mountain view from my balcony was a highlight during my stay, providing a perfect backdrop for relaxation after a day of exploring Railay Beach. The bungalows feel private and cozy, making it a lovely retreat.
The numerous stairs to access the property can be quite exhausting, especially under the midday sun. the lack of on-site staff made it challenging to get assistance when needed.

the views were almost worth it, if you ignored the endless stairs and the creepy, mouldy bathroom down below. not a single hand towel or bin? how quaint. and i truly expected an upgrade for enduring this nightmare, yet the staff seemed more interested in their music than my comfort. absoluteley ridiculous. could’ve been good, but just couldn’t.
